About us

Naoya and Karin Okubo standing at the entrance of LAPPY CAFE

Hello, and welcome.

We are the Okubos, and we run GUESTHOUSE LAPPY.
After traveling all around Japan, we started this guesthouse and cafe because we wanted to treasure the connections between people.

Ureshino has more than hot springs and tea. It has warm people and time that flows slowly.
We hope LAPPY becomes your base for enjoying Ureshino, and that you feel the charm of the town and its people.

We look forward to meeting you.
